Recipe for the week

I don't have a name for this. A lot of times I make up things and just call it stuff or something like that. LOL!
Put a beef roast in oven and cook all day till very tender. (We use deer) Take it out and pull it apart. leave just a little water. Add a big jar or 2 of salsa and 2 cups of shredded cheese. Mix really good then wrap in flour tortilla shells. place on a flat cookie sheet. Cook about 20 -30 minutes. There you go! They are really good!
You can add other stuff to your taste. That's what I do anyways!

That does sound good, and a good way to use up leftover roast or chicken. Sometimes we make chicken quesidillas. Can't spell it, but I can make them.

Great idea, maybe not with deer though

I make all kinds of wraps here. I use low carb tortillas because of my diabetes and then add meat(chicken, turkey, deli meat, shredded beef) cheese, salsa, sour cream, lettuce or spinich. Sometimes we do eggs instead of meat and trade in the lettuce for bacon. We have also used salad dressings instead of salsa, but I like the salsa best.
