OmGosh! I think I have lost my ever loving mind! I took the kids on a 6 mile bike ride this morning with A LOT OF HILLS! I made it thou, but next time I'll know not to take so many hills till I get in better shape. It did help my anxiety level thou. When I was a teen I ran all over Pontotoc. I was in cross country and that my excape time, but I forgot how many hills and how steep they were till today. Now if we can just make it a daily routine everyday before school and before we tutor an hour a day we all might feel much better. I just hope I stick to it and get use to the hills! LOL~~
